About the Student Help Desk
The NGRCampus Student Help Desk was set up at CIAPS with the aim of providing information and guidance to students and others in campuses.
Conversations and consultations, as well as research have shown that students – and indeed lecturers and other members of our institutions of higher learning – facing, suspecting or observing harassment, intimidation and other forms of abuse, do not have an informal but organized and expert ear to talk to.
Information we offer is provided by experts of law, psychology and counselling and those with deep understanding of campuses. We are grateful to all professionals that are offering us their expertise.

Very good idea. Expect frustration but soldier on.
Nice idea
This is a nice idea that will go a long way in helping the students and curb the excesses of the so called “cold room” lecturers. Thumb up.
Anonymous?
Nice. Hope the complainants remain anonymous until they wish their identities revealed.
THIS IS A GOOD ONE
THIS IS A GOOD ONE.
I believe this platform will help victims speak out.
It’s about time students
It’s about time students were given a channel to voice their problems outside their institutions. This is especially useful for students who can’t trust authorities on campus.
